Do you have drywall damage? Don’t worry, I can fix it and you will never know a repair was made. Further, I can generally complete a repair with one visit and in just a few hours. Take a look at the following photos and compare them to your drywall damage. Once you have determined a picture that is most like your damage, look at the repair time I listed. That will give you an idea of how long it will take me to complete your repair. For a more precise estimate call me because every job has its own specific issues and potential complications.

Roof Leak and Tenant Damage
Repair Time: 7.75 hrs.
Most repair people would simply fix the holes and paint over the water damage with KILZ. NO! The right way to repair this would require removing and replacing 3 full sheets of drywall. Further, the drywall replacement should not be done until the roof leak has been fixed properly.

Upstairs Toilet Leak Plumber Access
Repair Time 3.50 hrs.
A lot of repair people would simply fix the hole and move on to the next job. Absolutely NO! The mildew/fungus needs to be treated with bleach. Once the wood is dry from the treatment then the hole can be repaired.

Electrician Access Behind Existing Wall
Repair Time: 2.75 hrs.
Good electricians will start with a small hole and expand it slowly until they find what they are looking for. In this case, the electrician had to make a rather large hole. That hole was then “squared off” and is now ready for rest of the repair.

Guys Wrestling in Front Room
Repair Time: 2.00 hrs.
Many drywall repair people would “fix” this by removing the three broken pieces and then immediately patching the existing odd shaped hole. That would be a mistake. In damage like this the drywall paper BEHIND the hole can be peeled off several inches beyond what you see in front. For that reason, I cut a hole several inches larger than the visible damage and then “square” it off. That makes the completed repair much stronger.

Angry Dog Home Alone
Repair Time: 2.00 hrs.
Many people think this is an easy quick repair. However, because the hole extends beyond the wood stud the repair will be almost like doing two separate repairs. One for each side of the stud.

Playing Catch Inside
Repair Time: 1.75 hrs.
This is generally a relatively easy repair. However, if the ball was thrown hard enough the drywall in the room next to this one could be damaged as well. Further, unless the hole was relatively close to floor level, the ball will remain in the wall.
