* How much do you charge?
I make it really simple. My hourly rate is $58.00 and I bill that by the quarter of an hour. My minimum repair charge is $100.00, but I do not charge for drive time. Even better, I do not charge for materials. Unless your repair requires 3 or more full sheets of drywall their is no charge for drywall repair materials. To get an idea for what your repair might cost just look at the repairs on the home page and match one of those to your job (the number of hours to complete each job is listed just below the pictures). That will give you a rough idea of what your repair will cost. If you call me I can give you a more precise estimate.
* Are You licensed?
Yes I am. I also have liability insurance and workman’s compensation insurance.
* Do you provide free estimates?
Yes, by phone. The information I need is as follows: What caused the damage to the wall, What is the size of the damaged area (length and width), If the wall has a texture what type is it?
* What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, check or credit card.
* What areas do you service?
I go everywhere in Lakeland with no drive charge. Outside of Lakeland there may be a drive charge on small projects. For full-day projects I will go as far as Tampa and most of Orlando.
* Do you offer painting services?
Only if the painting is related to a repair I have done. While I am an excellent painter I am slow because I use a brush and a roller. You would be better off hiring a painter for large painting projects because you would save money.
