Drywall Repair: I repair all types of damaged drywall. It doesn’t matter if the drywall has a texture or if it is simply a “flat finish”. It doesn’t matter if it is a simple hole in the wall or if a whole room has been damaged (even by fire and water). I do it all, small to large. Further, it doesn’t matter if the damaged drywall is in a rental property, a commercial property or an owner occupied home. Call me and describe the damage. I can then tell you approximately how long it will take to do the repair and what it should cost. It’s just that easy.
Move Outs: When a tenant vacates a property the walls will always need some attention. Sometimes this will just require filling nail holes, sanding and then spot repainting (see more detailed description of spot repainting in the Why Use Me section). However, there are other times where the tenants have caused major damage to the drywall with big holes in several walls. Occasionally a rental may even have water damage from a leaking roof that the tenant failed to report. It doesn’t matter, I can take care of it all. After I finish, the walls will look terrific.
Texture Matching: Not all homes or commercial properties have “flat finished” walls. In fact, in many parts of Florida, more than 50% of properties have walls that are textured rather than “flat finished”. If these textured walls need to be repaired then the repaired wall will need to have the appropriate texture reapplied so that it will match and blend in with the existing wall. I do that too, and the results may amaze you.
Painting: When I repair a wall I give you three options as to how the job will be completed. If you simply want the drywall repaired, and left unpainted and unprimed, that’s exactly what I will do. If you would like it repaired and primed, no problem . Finally, if you want me to repair, prime and paint, I can do that too. It will just require a little more of my time. What I do not do is just painting alone. If I paint, it must be a part of a drywall repair job that I have completed.
