I would like to think there are many reasons why someone would choose me to repair their drywall. The following five reasons are what I would consider to be the best
FIRST: If you choose me to do your drywall repair you will not need to worry about who is actually going to do the work and what the finished job will look like. I have decades of experience and I do all the work, by myself, period. You will not get some 19-year old kid with two weeks of training, who shows up late, has a bad attitude, doesn’t really care how good the repair looks and doesn’t clean up after himself. I take pride in my work and it shows.
SECOND: Over the years I have tried many different methods of repairing drywall. The most important thing I learned from my experience is that only a select few will leave the wall flat with no bulge where the repair was done. Those are the only methods I ever use now no matter how much time I could save or how much money I could save in materials costs by using one of those inferior techniques. I judge the success of my work by whether someone could tell if the wall has been repaired. That means no bulges, no bubbles and no rough spots. Many of the other drywall repair people just use the quickest or the least expensive method to get the job done, and it shows.
THIRD: My years of experience have taught me a number of creative ways to solve problems. For example, I overheard a customer complaining about not having a dryer vent to vent the hot air outside from her dryer (she had to use the “ductless vent” system which is really kind of nasty). I told her I could make a chase that would take the hot air up through the roof and out of the house. She said do it. As luck would have it, a new roof was to be installed in 6 weeks. So, to solve her problem I built the chase you can see in the pictures I have provided below. The roofers added the appropriate metal vent on the roof when doing their work and I hooked it up to the new chase. She was very impressed and couldn’t be happier with the result.
FOURTH: My years of experience have also taught me a few very useful methods (tricks) to save my clients money. The one I use most often is when I paint a repair. My method allows me to do SPOT painting over the drywall repair. The results are so good that you really can’t tell where the existing paint stops or where the repair paint begins. That means, unlike with most other drywall repair people’s work, the whole wall does not need to be repainted, just a small portion of it. Landlords, just think of the money I can save you on move outs. I should add that in order to get these results you will need to provide me with the same paint and color the wall was originally painted with and the existing paint can’t have oxidized too much (dark colors are much quicker to oxidize than light ones.)
FIFTH: You may find this hard to believe but I do not charge extra for drywall repair materials. I only charge my hourly rate of $58.00 and that’s it. I try to make it easy for you to choose me.

This is what the chase looked like inside the wall when it was half finished.
